The Dylan cover can be found in the Freewheelin' sessions (it was dismissed for the album). Them, Van Morrison's band, released it as a single (it's also in 1990's Van Morrison's Best of). The Doors played it live many times (Seattle Center Coliseum - June 6, 1970, for instance; but also published in some bootlegs: here live). Here's the Stones with Muddy. Aerosmith recorded it for their blues covers album.
